Mahnaz Bahaelou has been in business as a permanent makeup artist for over 20 years. She started Elite out of her apartment in the late 90s and has since taken the company to where it is today. Elite Permanent Makeup is now the premier PMU studio in Los Angeles and the first PMU training center to be licensed by the California BPPE. Mahnaz has built a name for herself and Elite by providing exemplary customer service and developing personal relationships with clients. She specializes in Corrective Pigment Camouflage (CPC) and also teaches permanent makeup artists from beginner to advanced.

I took the microblading course here at Elite . If you are looking for a program to learn microblading you should definitely come here . Misha was a great instructor and explained everything to detail if you had a question . Not only was it Misha but the whole Elite staff makes you feel comfortable and are definitely super knowledgeable in what they’re doing . They do amazing work , and definitely want their students to portray the same . 100% recommended I will be coming back to take some more courses with them . Thank you Elite !
